Seeking any information about the sister of my Great Grandfather (David Nathan Barad) who is said to have moved to Alexandria sometime around 1900. She would likely have been in her 20s when she left her birthplace of Odessa, Russia, and I'm told she was a dentist. I do not know her first name. She would have been a Yiddish speaker, and probably spoke Russian too. Her brother David and sister Pauline (Polya) immigrated to the United States in 1892 and 1904. Please contact me at bobbarad@hotmail.com if you might have any leads. Also interested in leads to general information about Jews leaving Odessa for Alexandria during this period. Thanks!
